28 December, 2008 Ok, this site is dead, and I'm not bothered enough to revive it. I'm putting it into maintenance mode permanently. If for some reason I feel like having another go someday I'll come back and start it up again, but I doubt that will happen. If you have any questions or just want to get in touch [feel free to randomly say hi and chat about rubbish], please email me at silver.mask05@gmail.com. If that doesn't work because spammers have attacked it or something like that, visit my shrine Wasted Efforts and contact me through the guestbook. I highly doubt you'll see me back here again. I simply can't be bothered, and more than that I can't bare to hand over leadership to someone else. I like to think of this as Des & I's work, even if that work didn't pay off. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and happy new year to all. ---silvermask PS: Affiliates, feel free to take down our banner. 18 July, 2008 Silver’s back from her holidays and is working on reorganising the forum. All the boards have been cleaned out and old threads moved to archives. The Tigerclan auditions have finished, but neither of the candidates have logged in since June. They have a week to prove that they are still active member of BS if they still want to positions. If neither returns in time, we might have to hold the auditions again; depending of whether Desert chooses to return or not. Silvermask is also working on making a skin for each clan. So far Pantherclan and Tigerclan have completed, and Lionclan is in the making. An Introduction
Forget Secrets of the Clans. Forget the elder’s tales. Forget everything you thought you knew. Thousands of years before kittypet Rusty set a paw into the forest, the land was ruled by different cats. They might have been named after the ancient clans, but they had significantly changed. Their size had dramatically decreased, and they had begun to lose the features that distinguished their clans so well. They are changing. Changing into everything we know now. In those days, there were no roads, no houses, no two-legs. There was no hurdle to cross; no danger to watch. But there was also a far greater change. If you look up to the sky tonight, you’ll see a band of stars draped across the sky. It’s called Silverpelt; but you couldn’t see it back then. Instead many lone spirits were scattered across the horizon, slowly banding together… That will one day unite, and become the fifth clan of the forest. The days before Starclan.
